- How do I book a swim lesson?
You can book a swim lesson through our SwimOclock platform using the Jane App. Simply create an account, choose your instructor, select the date and time, and confirm your booking.
- Can I reschedule or cancel a lesson?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled time through the Jane App. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
- What happens if my instructor cancels?
If your instructor needs to cancel, you’ll be notified immediately via the Jane App. You can either reschedule with the same instructor or choose another available instructor.
- Can I request a specific instructor?
Yes, you can choose a specific instructor when booking your lessons through the Jane App, depending on their availability.

Answers to common questions may have

- How do I manage my availability?
You can set your availability directly through the SwimOclock platform using the Jane App. Make sure to regularly update your schedule to reflect your current availability.
- Can I decline a booking request?
Yes, you have the option to decline a booking if it doesn’t fit your schedule or if there are other concerns. We recommend communicating with the client as soon as possible if you need to decline.
- What happens if I need to cancel a lesson?
If you need to cancel a lesson, notify the client immediately through the Jane App and offer alternative dates if possible. You may also text the client if you have their phone number in the system. Repeated cancellations without valid reasons may affect your standing on the platform.
- Can I teach at multiple locations?
Yes, you can teach at various locations, such as private pools or condo facilities. Make sure to coordinate with the client regarding the location's rules and access.
- What should I do if I’m running late for a lesson?
If you’re running late, notify the client as soon as possible through the Jane App or text if you have their number. Apologize for the delay and adjust the lesson time if possible.
